In 2019, Bornona Group started operation as a private company. Which is now providing domain & web hosting service, Complete IT service & Software service.

In December 2019 Bornona Group launched an e-Commerce platform “Layers”. In March 2023 after the period of COVID-19  pandemic Bornona Group permanently closed “Layers”.

In 2020, Bornona Group launched a completely free-of-cost online educational platform “Mentors School”. Where students can develop their skills completely free of cost, which is permanently closed after the COVID-19.

In November 2020 Bornona Group launched website development company “Seazy.xyz” & web hosting service as “BlightHost” for providing Affordable Domain & Web hosting services.

In 2022 planned for giving services more professionally Bornona Group launched complete IT Solution Service as “Ovinobo IT Ltd.” & merged with Bornona IT & Profullo Tech.

In 2023 Bornona Group invested in a gadget item shop “Onnorokom Gadget”. Bornona Group also started giving business software solutions in London as “SaleTrax” which provides softwares like invoice management, accounting, CR Management, HR Management, Sales Management.

In 2024 Bornona Group formed a digital marketing service based agency “SparkX Digital Ltd.” in London. and “Ovinobo IT Ltd.” acquired “Seazy.xyz” & “HostPico” merged with BlightHost. Web hosting service will provide by “HostPico” with a lot of features & addons. Bornona Group acquired Bangladesh’s top & leading WordPress Theme Marketplace Themes Wala & Travel booking service Booking Lagbe.
